The spacious room featured a fantastic balcony, perfect for relaxation, and the pool was a wonderful place to unwind. The hotel's location is ideal, being just a short distance from GuiraOga, which is a fantastic animal rescue center, as well as convenient access to buses.

Swimming pool, excellent cleaning! Location..
Breakfast is more than just poor vanilla chocolate coconut sponge cakes.fruits only watermelon orange and papaya.nothing else. Drum juices. No board games to order. After 9 o'clock you can't order anything a la carte. What you can do is pay for the plate only what is in the free buffet and eat in your room for a little less. The supermarket on the web is a small sub-rented business that opens type 2 in the afternoon and has 3 things. Forget it if you want something else ... there is a grill if you want to make yourself something ... you lend cutlery plates glasses salt and oil. The room has a few things to complain about, but they tried to solve them, so the attention was good. Would I come back? Mm no. If it's to stay so many days again, we get bored. If it's just for sleeping, it's great value. But to enjoy the hotel, not really.

We liked everything! We had read a lot of bad comments and when we got to the hotel we thought these people must have been somewhere else. It was spotless, they cleaned our room for 5 days including changing the sheets and towels that were new! staff is very friendly especially Valeria from the reception. girls in the kitchen are geniuses, breakfast was abundant with fruits scrambled eggs cold cuts many types of bread croissants yogurt milk cocoa coffee teas cereals. Dinner was served with a small menu but it was much cheaper than eating out, cleaning of the pool and surroundings was excellent. Everything is in good condition. Some children broke the balls of the table football or the ping pong and next day they were already in their new clothes. service of cold water and free hot water is perfect. kitchen is closed at noon until 2pm but if I needed a chocolate drink for my 5 year old son they would make it for me without any problem. It was the first time that we went and asked everything, where the buses stop, where the taxis and kiosks are and always with the best disposition. I had a problem with my credit card on the first day and concierge told me to settle in his room quietly and then we solved it, they lent me their phone because mine had little signal. We finally resolved it with all her patience. air conditioning was working perfectly, showers, hot water. I say all this xq I read comments that said some things didn't work.
Everything went well.

Lovely hotel close to waterfalls
The hotel had a beautiful garden with two refreshing pools where I could relax and unwind. It was only a short 15-minute drive to the amazing waterfalls, allowing me to easily explore this natural wonder. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The pool is maintained daily, so it is always suitable for use. The staff was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Except that the prepared juice they give is the one sold as a powder. The water pressure for the shower is very good. Power cuts are frequent. It's appreciated that they have a generator. Thanks to that I didn't suffer from the heat while I was in the room.
The bathroom in the room had some broken things, with a lack of maintenance. It looked like an old house bathroom. There should be a sign that provides towel service for the pool. It would be advisable to have a small brochure in the rooms with the services provided by the Hotel, so that customers know. The food at the hotel, I find it poor. I ordered a steak and what came to me was a very fine cut, it looked like Milanese cut meat. I thought it was very expensive. The breakfast was good. Except that the prepared juice they give is that sold in powder. It suffers quite a bit from power cuts. But you can tell that normal in the city

Room size and airconditioning worked well.
First of all the wifi was terrible. Did not work at all. Our room was rather dirty. My bedsheet had bloodspots on it and was just dirty. The breakfastbuffet was very poor, no fresh fruits only some pasteries. Everything was covered in sugar even the milk. The hotel was like a ghost hotel there was no one working there or seemed that way. Sometimes a person in the lobby but no one at the bar or to serve you. Our room was on the second floor and was incredible loud. The noise started at 6.am. Not acceptible. Than the biggest problem that we had was when we were leaving. We askef the girl in the lobby to call us a Taxi to take us to the airport. Some guy arrived not in a marked car. No licence that he was a taxi driver and no meter calculater in the car. He dropped us at the airport and charged us 250 argentinan pesos. Total ripoff!!! We asked for a Taxi!!!! So overall would not recommend this terrible hotel and would not give it more than half of a star.
